These courses are structured experiential journeys — spaces to slow down, look inward, and build a richer relationship with yourself and those around you. Each course draws on the integrated practices and modalities I have developed over two decades of work-play in holistic wellbeing. Courses are offered for both personal and professional relationships.
Understanding Wellbeing & Living It
An experiential journey into understanding who you truly are — beyond the body and mind. This course offers practical tools and guided practices to help you recognise, navigate and release the emotional patterns that shape your day-to-day life. Come as you are. There is nothing to fix, only something to discover.
01 – You are just not your body and mind
Explore the multi-dimensional nature of your being and begin to see yourself as more than your thoughts, feelings, or physical sensations. This foundational session opens the door to a broader, more spacious understanding of who you truly are.
02 – Where does trauma live?
Understand how unresolved experiences are held in the body and how they quietly shape your responses to everyday life. We explore trauma not as a label, but as a living presence — one that can be gently acknowledged and released.
03 – States of trigger and flow
Learn to recognise when you are in a reactive, contracted state versus an open state of ease and flow. Understanding this distinction is transformative — it is the difference between being driven by life and consciously choosing how you meet it.
04 – Being self-aware
Develop the capacity to observe yourself with clarity and compassion, without judgment. Self-awareness is not self-criticism — it is the quiet art of noticing where you are, so you can choose where you wish to go.
05 – Grounding techniques
Practical, accessible tools to bring you back into the present moment whenever life feels overwhelming or destabilising. These techniques are simple enough to use in daily life and powerful enough to shift you out of anxiety and into presence.
06 – Conscious breathing
Use the breath as an anchor — a simple yet profound tool for healing, self-regulation, and coming home to yourself. We explore breathing not just as a physical act, but as a bridge between the body, the nervous system, and the deeper self.
07 – Conscious witnessing
Learn to observe your inner landscape — thoughts, emotions, physical sensations — without being swept away by them. The witness is the part of you that is always calm, always present, always capable of holding whatever arises.
08 – Releasing trauma
Gentle, guided practices for letting go of what no longer serves you. Drawing on somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, this module supports the body and mind to process and release the weight of past experiences at their own pace.
09 – Staying self-aware — your tool bag
Build your own personal toolkit of practices that sustain your wellbeing beyond the course. We draw together the threads of everything explored and help you identify what resonates most deeply with your unique way of being.
10 – Having a daily practice
Create meaningful rhythms and rituals that anchor your healing journey long after the course ends. A daily practice need not be elaborate — it needs only to be honest, intentional, and yours.
11 – Me-time for the soul
Discover the art of carving out sacred space for yourself — not as a luxury or indulgence, but as a fundamental act of self-care and self-love. When we learn to truly replenish ourselves, we become more fully available to the world around us.
Conscious Parenting
A compassionate and deeply practical course for parents who wish to parent from a place of presence, awareness, and love. Conscious parenting begins with knowing yourself — and this course will gently guide you there, offering new ways of seeing, listening, and being with your child.
01 – Understanding your role in good shepherding
Explore the profound difference between guiding and controlling, and what it truly means to lead your child with wisdom and care. A shepherd does not carry the sheep — they create safe conditions for the sheep to find their own way.
02 – Being self-aware to create presence
Your inner state profoundly shapes the emotional world of your child. This module explores how self-awareness becomes one of the greatest gifts you can offer — not just to your child, but to your relationship with them.
03 – Listening and mirroring back
The transformative art of truly hearing your child — not to advise or redirect, but to reflect their experience back with empathy and warmth. When a child feels genuinely heard, something in them settles and opens.
04 – Understanding presence
What it really means to be fully there for your child — not just physically present, but emotionally attuned and attentive. We explore the quality of attention we bring, and how to offer it even in the busy-ness of daily life.
05 – When to problem solve?
Learning the wisdom of knowing when to step in with solutions, and when to simply hold space. This module helps parents recognise the difference between a child who needs help and a child who needs to be trusted to find their own way.
06 – Anchoring children to feel the feelings
Help your child build emotional intelligence by learning to sit with, name, and process their feelings rather than suppress or rush past them. A child who knows how to feel, knows how to heal.
07 – Role-modelling vulnerability
The quiet power of authentic emotional expression — how showing up honestly as a parent gives your child implicit permission to do the same. Vulnerability is not weakness; it is the foundation of genuine connection.
08 – Pathways to change
Practical tools and gentle strategies for shifting entrenched patterns in yourself and within your family dynamic. Change rarely happens in a single moment — this module maps the small, consistent steps that create lasting transformation.
09 – Building on your relationship
Deepening the bond with your child through intentional connection, shared rituals, and the quality of everyday moments. Every small exchange is an opportunity — a chance to say, in word or gesture: I see you. I am here.
10 – Repeating the cycle
Understanding the inherited patterns of parenting we carry — often unconsciously — and making conscious choices about what to break and what to carry forward. This final module invites parents into a deeper act of courage: choosing the kind of parent they wish to be.
